Step 1
Melt Unsalted Butter (1 Tbsp) in a medium size saucepan. Add Walnuts (1 cup) and Honey (3 Tbsp) and stir until fragrant and thickened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Spread out on parchment paper or lightly sprayed foil to cool.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients including Chicken (2 cups) , Dijon Mustard (1 tsp) , juice from Lemon (1) , Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Dried Cranberries (1/2 cup) , Walnuts (1/2 cup) , Salt (to taste) , and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) in a medium bowl and chill.
