Loose Leaf Chai Tea
or Vanilla Extract
Loose Leaf Chai Tea (1/2 Tbsp)
Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp)
Cashew Nuts (1 1/4 cups)
Medjool Dates (12)
Vanilla Powder (1 tsp)
Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp)
into a blender or food processor and blend until crumbly, not smooth.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and roll in
Hemp Hearts (1/3 cup)
. Refrigerate or freeze for 4-5 hours.
Makes 20 balls.
The Medjool dates I used were pretty dry, so if you're using dates that are juicy you may need to add more cashews to adjust for the texture of the ball.
