Author's Notes

The medjol dates I used were pretty dry, so if you're using dates that are juicy you may need to add more cashews to adjust for the texture of the ball.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Place Loose Leaf Chai Tea (1/2 Tbsp) , Maple Syrup (1 Tbsp) , Cashew Nuts (1 1/4 cups) , Medjool Dates (14) , Vanilla Powder (1 tsp) , and Ground Cinnamon (1 tsp) into a blender or food processor and blend until crumbly, not smooth.
Step 2
Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in Hemp Seeds (1/3 cup) . Refrigerate or freeze for 4-5 hours.
Step 3
Makes 20 balls.
