Separate the Egg (1) Yolk and set aside.
Roughly mash up your Cookies (1 package) with a rolling pin.
Then into a mixing bowl, add in the cookie crumbles, and Butter (1/2 cup) and mix together with a spatula. Add in the Kahlua (1 tablespoon), and mix gently.
Place your mixture into a cake pan, and press the surface gently so that it will be compressed and evened out. Put the pan into the fridge and proceed to make the filling.
Into a blender, add in the Cream Cheese (8 ounce), Mascarpone Cheese (8 ounce), Caster Sugar (1 cup), and Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Mix everything together for about 3 minutes.
After 3 minutes, add in the Kahlua (4 tablespoon), Strong Coffee (4 tablespoon) and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon). Also add in the Large Egg (2), the Egg Yolk little by little, and blend everything together.
Put the filling on top of the cookie mixture. Then bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 1 hour.
Put the cake into the fridge overnight.
The next day, proceed to make your topping. In a mixing bowl, mix together the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup), Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) and Kahlua (1 tablespoon).
Drizzle the topping over the cake, and serve. Enjoy!
