Step 1
Separate the
Egg (1)
Yolk and set aside.
Step 2
Roughly mash up your
Cookies (1 pckg)
with a rolling pin.

Then into a mixing bowl, add in the cookie crumbles, and
Butter (1/2 cup)
and mix together with a spatula. Add in the
Kahlua (1 Tbsp)
, and mix gently.
Step 4
Place your mixture into a cake pan, and press the surface gently so that it will be compressed and evened out. Put the pan into the fridge and proceed to make the filling.

Into a blender, add in the
Cream Cheese (1 cup)
,
Mascarpone Cheese (1 cup)
,
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
, and
Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Mix everything together for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
After 3 minutes, add in the
Kahlua (1/4 cup)
,
Strong Coffee (1/4 cup)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
. Also add in the
Large Eggs (2)
, the Egg Yolk little by little, and blend everything together.
Step 7
Put the filling on top of the cookie mixture. Then bake under 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for about 1 hour.
Step 8
Put the cake into the fridge overnight.
Step 9
The next day, proceed to make your topping. In a mixing bowl, mix together the
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3/4 cup)
,
Heavy Cream (1/2 cup)
and
Kahlua (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 10
Drizzle the topping over the cake, and serve. Enjoy!
