Roughly mash up your Cookies (1 pckg) with a rolling pin.

Then into a mixing bowl, add in the cookie crumbles, and Butter (1/2 cup) and mix together with a spatula. Add in the Kahlua (1 Tbsp), and mix gently.

Place your mixture into a cake pan, and press the surface gently so that it will be compressed and evened out. Put the pan into the fridge and proceed to make the filling.

Into a blender, add in the Cream Cheese (1 cup), Mascarpone Cheese (1 cup), Caster Sugar (1 cup), and Salt (as needed). Mix everything together for about 3 minutes.
