Cooking Instructions

In a food processor, blend Cream Cheese (1 pckg) and and Sour Cream (3/4 cup) until smooth. Stir in Ranch Dressing (1 pckg) and Beer (4 Tbsp).

Add Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 cups) and pulse until smooth.
3.
Chill for 4 or more hours. Serve with pretzels, chips, crackers, or veggies.
