Chop the Sweet Potato (1) into medium sized pieces. Bring a large pot of water to boil and cook Pasta (1 package).
Bring a medium pot of water to boil, insert steaming basket, and add chopped sweet potatoes. Cover and reduce the heat to medium-low. Let steam for 10 minutes or until tender.
Add Almond Milk (1 cup), Nutritional Yeast (1/4 cup), Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 teaspoon), Liquid Aminos (1/2 tablespoon), Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon), Mustard Seeds (1/4 teaspoon), Onion Powder (1 teaspoon), Chili Powder (1/2 teaspoon), and a Garlic (1 clove) into a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
When the sweet potatoes are done steaming, add them to the blender as well and mix on high again for about a minute or so. Add water as needed to achieve the desired viscosity.
Stir in as little or as much sauce as wanted to the cooked pasta and enjoy.
