Step 1
Fill a cocktail shaker with Ice (as needed) , 4 Tbsp of the cherry syrup from Canned Pitted Black Cherries in Heavy Syrup (to taste) , and the Mediterranean Gin (2 tots) . Shake to combine.
Step 2
Divide the mixture between two champagne coupe glasses and top up with the Prosecco Wine (2 cups) .
Step 3
Garnish each glass with a wreath of Fresh Rosemary (2 sprigs) and a few black cherries from the Canned Pitted Black Cherries in Heavy Syrup (to taste) threaded on to a cocktail skewer.
Step 4
Serve immediately and enjoy!
