Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Lightly coat a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, beat Cream Cheese (1 cup) with hand-held mixer until fluffy. Add Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) and Creamy Peanut Butter (1/2 cup) and beat until smooth. Stir in the Reese's Pieces Candies (2 1/3 cups).
