Step 1
Steep the
Rooibos Tea Bag (1)
in the
Water (2/3 cup)
for 5 minutes. Discard the tea bag and pour the black tea into a small saucepan.
Step 2
Add the
Fynbos Honey (1/4 cup)
and simmer over low heat until the mixture forms a light syrup. Allow to cool.
Step 3
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add in the rooibos syrup, juice of the
Lemon (1)
and
Hope On Hopkins® Esperanza (2 dashes)
. Shake to combine and divide the mixture between two highball glasses.
Step 4
Add ice and top up with
Soda Water (2 cups)
. Garnish with the
Dehydrated Lemon Wheels (to taste)
. Serve immediately and enjoy!
