Step 1
In a mortar and pestle, roughly smash about
Black Olives (6)
with a few sprigs of
Fresh Basil (1 handful)
. Fill a tumbler with ice and add the basil-olive mixture, the juice of a
Lemon (1)
and the
Mediterranean Gin (2 tots)
.
Step 2
Shake to combine and infuse the gin. Divide the mixture between two tumblers filled with
Ice (as needed)
and top up with
Tonic Water (2 cups)
.
Step 3
Garnish with fresh basil and a few black olives skewered on cocktail sticks.
Step 4
Serve immediately and enjoy!
