Fresh Mixed Berries
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Chia Seeds (1/2 cup)
Coconut Milk (2 cups)
and let it sit overnight.
The following morning, place 1/4 cup of
Fresh Mixed Berries (1 cup)
and 2/3 of chia pudding into a blender and process until smooth.
Lay the bottom of a glass with the remaining 1/3 of the chia pudding and top it off with the berries blend.
Decorate with a little of
Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (to taste)
and more berries. Store in your fridge until ready to serve. Enjoy!
