Ground Beef (1 lb)
to the wok. Spread the ground beef out as much as possible into a thin layer so it cooks quickly and evenly. Stir-fry the ground beef until fully cooked.
Light Soy Sauce (2 Tbsp)
Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp)
Sesame Oil (3 Tbsp)
. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
Transfer the ground beef to a serving dish. Garnish with
Scallions (1/2 cup)
White Sesame Seeds (to taste)
Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (to taste)
Serve immediately over steamed rice. Enjoy!
