Tamarind Pulp
1 Tbsp
Fresh Ginger , chopped
1/2 Tbsp
Lemon
1 Tbsp
Coconut Vinegar
2 cups
Water

Step 1
Place the Tamarind Pulp (1/2 cup) , Fresh Ginger (1 Tbsp) , Limes (1/2 Tbsp) , Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , and Water (2 cups) into a blender and process until smooth.
Step 2
Strain the juice through a fine strainer to remove any chunks of ginger or tamarind.
Step 3
Serve in a jar and enjoy!
