Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Add Raw Cashews (1/2 cup) , Medjool Dates (14) , Dry Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts (1/4 cup) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup) , and Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp) to bowl of food processor, blend for 1 minute.
Step 2
Line an 8x8 square dish with plastic wrap, remove mixture from food processor bowl and smooth into even layer. Then use a slightly damp spatula to create a smooth finish.
Step 3
Chop Raw Cashews (2 Tbsp) , then sprinkle across the bars. Place another piece of plastic wrap over the bars and press the cashew pieces down into the bars.
Step 4
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes, then remove plastic and bars from 8x8 pan and cut into 12 even bars.
Step 5
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
