Dry Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts (1/4 cup)
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/4 cup)
Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
to bowl of food processor, blend for 1 minute.
Line an 8x8 square dish with plastic wrap, remove mixture from food processor bowl and smooth into even layer. Then use a slightly damp spatula to create a smooth finish.
Raw Cashews (2 Tbsp)
, then sprinkle across the bars. Place another piece of plastic wrap over the bars and press the cashew pieces down into the bars.
Refrigerate 15-20 minutes, then remove plastic and bars from 8x8 pan and cut into 12 even bars.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to one week.
