Cooking Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Olive Oil (1/2 cup), Egg (1) and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Beat with an electric mixer for five minutes, until thick and creamy.

Add Self-Rising Flour (1 1/2 cups) and Milk (1/2 cup). Fold mixture together until combined.
3.
Add Fresh Strawberries (3/4 cup) and stir in.
4.
Transfer the mixture into a loaf tin, greased and lined with baking paper. Smooth the surface until even and top with Fresh Strawberries (3/4 cup).
5.
Bake at 170 degrees C (350 degrees F) for 45-50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6.
Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
