Fried Christmas Pudding is a post-Christmas dessert traditionally served in my family. Thick slices of Christmas Pudding are gently pan-fried in melted butter until warm and crisp. Certainly not healthy, but it sure is delicious. Besides, Christmas is the season of excess - Give it a go!
