Step 1
In a large heat-proof jug, add
Water (3 cups)

Gelatin Powder (1 1/2 Tbsp)
,
Caster Sugar (1 cup)
, and
Instant Coffee (2 Tbsp)
. Whisk until gelatine is dissolved. Let cool until room temperature.
Step 2
Stir in
Whipping Cream (1 cup)
Step 3
Divide between serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for three hours or until set.
Step 4
Serve with
Whipping Cream (to taste)
and
Hot Chocolate Mix (to taste)
and enjoy!
