In a large heat-proof jug, add Water (3 cup), Gelatin Powder (1 1/2 tablespoon), Caster Sugar (1 cup), and Instant Coffee (2 tablespoon). Whisk until gelatine is dissolved. Let cool until room temperature.
Stir in Whipping Cream (1 cup)
Divide between serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the fridge for three hours or until set.
Serve with Whipping Cream (to taste) and Hot Chocolate Mix (to taste) and enjoy!
