To a small jug, add Sweetened Condensed Milk (400 gram) and Melted Butter (60 gram) Stir together until combined.
Crush Graham Crackers (250 gram) in a food processor, then add to a large mixing bowl along with Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (1 cup). Stir. Pour in the condensed milk mixture and mix to combine.
Grease and line a brownie tray with non-stick baking paper. Press cookie mixture into base.Chill cookie base in fridge.
Heat Milk (1/4 cup) in microwave until hot and add Instant Coffee (2 tablespoon). Mix together.
In a large bowl with Butter (250 gram), sift Powdered Confectioners Sugar (3 cup). Next, using a hand mixer, cream butter with sugar for 5 minutes. Beat in cold coffee mixture.
Transfer topping onto base and smooth to cover all of the pressed cookie. Cool in fridge for 20 minutes or until set.
Serve cubed and enjoy!
