Add in Ground Beef (1.1 lb) and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 3/4 cups), Red Kidney Beans (2 1/2 cups), McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix (1/4 cup), Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5 oz) and Water (1/2 cup). Mix together. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the mixture has thickened slightly.

In a lightly greased oven-proof casserole dish, cover the bottom with Corn Chips (8 1/3 cups), followed by half of the beef mixture and half of the Cheese (2 cups). Repeat the layers once more.

Cover dish with foil. Bake at 160 degrees C (325 degrees F) for 20-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly.
