Grease and line a 25x25x4-cm tin with baking paper.

Fill a saucepan with water, bring to a boil then turn to very low heat. Put Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 cups) and Chocolate Chips (2 cups) in a heatproof bowl and set over a saucepan of water, stirring occasionally until melted.

Put Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cups) and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3/4 cup) in a large bowl and whisk to combine, add Eggs (6), and whisk again, until paste forms without aeration.

Pour melted chocolate and butter slowly into the egg mixture and mix well. Add Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup) and Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup), into the chocolate mixture and stir until there are no lumps.

Preheat Oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) Steam Roast.

Pour mixture into a baking tin and sprinkle Roasted Walnuts (3/4 cup) on top evenly. Put tray onto shelf P3 (middle of the oven) and bake for 35 minutes.

Remove brownies from the oven, and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, wrap in cling film and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
