Step 1
Grease and line a 25x25x4-cm tin with baking paper.
Step 2
Fill a saucepan with water, bring to a boil then turn to very low heat. Put
Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 cups)
and
Chocolate Chips (2 cups)
in a heatproof bowl and set over a saucepan of water, stirring occasionally until melted.
Step 3
Put
Granulated Sugar (1 2/3 cups)
and
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (3/4 cup)
in a large bowl and whisk to combine, add
Eggs (6)
, and whisk again, until paste forms without aeration.
Step 4
Pour melted chocolate and butter slowly into the egg mixture and mix well. Add
Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (1/3 cup)
and
Gluten-Free Self-Rising Flour (1/2 cup)
, into the chocolate mixture and stir until there are no lumps.
Step 5
Preheat Oven to 150 degrees C (300 degrees F) Steam Roast.
Step 6
Pour mixture into a baking tin and sprinkle
Roasted Walnuts (3/4 cup)
on top evenly. Put tray onto shelf P3 (middle of the oven) and bake for 35 minutes.
Step 7
Remove brownies from the oven, and transfer to a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, wrap in cling film and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
