or Date Syrup, Monkfruit Sugar, Palm Sugar Syrup, Your Choice of Sweetener
Cooking Instructions
1.
Heat Milk (6 fl oz) in a small saucepan until hot, but not boiling. You can also use the microwave, a stovetop steamer, or a milk frother.
2.
In a wide-mouthed mug or matcha bowl, sift Matcha Powder (1 tsp) through a fine sieve.
3.
Pour Water (2 fl oz) over the matcha, and use a bamboo whisk in a zigzag motion to whisk the matcha until smooth and frothy, approximately 10-15 seconds.
4.
Add Honey (2 tsp) to the whisked matcha and stir to combine. Froth the heated milk and pour it into the matcha. Serve and enjoy!
