Cooking Instructions

Into a mixing bowl, add and mix the Desiccated Coconut (2 cups), Caster Sugar (1/2 cup), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (2 tsp). Then add in the Eggland's Best Classic Eggs (2) and Milk (4 Tbsp). Combine everything together.

Take teaspoon of the mixture, gently roll it in your hand, and place it on a baking tray lined with some baking paper. Continue to do that with the rest of the mixture.

Bake under 180 degrees C (350 degrees F) for about 10 minutes.
