Step 1
Boil the Pasta (1.1 lb) , and before you drain it off, take 1/4 cup of the liquid and set it aside.
Step 2
In a saute pan over medium heat, cook together the Butter (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (4 cloves) . Then add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Then, add in the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) , Fresh Parsley (1/2 Tbsp) , the cooked pasta, and the pasta liquid.
Step 4
Season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and serve!
