Boil the Pasta (1.1 lb), and before you drain it off, take 1/4 cup of the liquid and set it aside.

In a saute pan over medium heat, cook together the Butter (2 Tbsp) and Garlic (4 cloves). Then add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
