Boil the Pasta (500 gram), and before you drain it off, take 1/4 cup of the liquid and set it aside.
In a saute pan over medium heat, cook together the Butter (30 gram) and Garlic (4 clove). Then add in the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Then, add in the Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup), Fresh Parsley (2 teaspoon), the cooked pasta, and the pasta liquid.
Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Serve!
