Remove the rind and excess fat from the Boneless Pork Leg Roast (1.5 kilogram). Leave a bit of fat for flavor.
Put the Pork Roast in the slow cooker. Then add in the Apple Cider Vinegar (3/4 cup), and Salt (to taste). Put the lid on and cook for 10 hours on low.
Using a fork, shred the cooked meat. Then add in the Barbecue Sauce (1 cup), and mix everything together. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Serve with the Bread Roll (to taste), Cheese (to taste), and your favorite toppings.
