Remove the rind and excess fat from the Boneless Pork Leg Roast (3.3 lb). Leave a bit of fat for flavor.

Put the Pork Roast in the slow cooker. Then add in the Apple Cider Vinegar (3/4 cup), and Salt (to taste). Put the lid on and cook for 10 hours on low.
