Step 1
Remove the rind and excess fat from the
Boneless Pork Leg Roast (3.3 lb)
. Leave a bit of fat for flavor.
Step 2
Put the Pork Roast in the slow cooker. Then add in the
Apple Cider Vinegar (3/4 cup)
, and
Salt (to taste)
. Put the lid on and cook for 10 hours on low.
Step 3
Using a fork, shred the cooked meat. Then add in the
Barbecue Sauce (1 cup)
, and mix everything together. Cook for another 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve with the
Bread Rolls (to taste)
,
Cheese (to taste)
, and your favorite toppings.
