Prep a 30x20 cm wide and 3-4 cm deep baking dish with some
Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed)
and some parchment paper.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, mix the
Dark Chocolate Chips (3 cups)
La Lechera® Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 1/3 cups)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
and heat in a microwave oven for 2-3 minutes or until everything is melted together.
To the still hot chocolate, stir in the
Mini Marshmallows (1/2 cup)
until completely melted and combined.
Pour the chocolate into the prepared pan and evenly smooth into all the corners of the dish. Sprinkle all or part of the top with
Walnuts (1 cup)
and press down slightly to ensure they stick to the fudge. Chill in the fridge for a few hours or until completely set.
