Step 1
The best chicken wings to use are whole wings, or you can use frozen wings. You will need to separate the whole wings. Separate the wings at the joint and discard the tip. You can save the tips to use the next time you make chicken broth. You will have a wing and a drumette.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the Chicken Wings (12) with Salt (1/2 tsp) , Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) , Poultry Seasoning (1/2 tsp) , Paprika (1/2 tsp) , Plain Yogurt (3 Tbsp) , juice from Lemon (1) and Garlic (4 cloves) .
