Step 1
Scoop Ice Cream (5 3/4 cups) on top of each Flat-Bottomed Ice Cream Cones (12) . Make sure the ice cream is fairly rounded on top. Put them in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 2
Put Chocolate (1 cup) into a bowl and melt it using a microwave oven. Put it in 20 to 30 seconds a time and take it out to give it a stir by using a metal spoon. Put it back for another 20 to 30 seconds and keep repeating until it's melted and smooth. Add Vegetable Oil (2 Tbsp) into the chocolate and mix it up until it is nicely combined. Cool it for a minute or 2.
Step 3
Once the ice cream has gone solid and set, dip it into the chocolate. Make sure it's nicely coated on all sides. Shake off the excess and return the ice cream into the freezer to allow the chocolate to set. Continue to finish the rest.
Step 4
When the chocolate is set, put the ice cream in a plastic bag and seal it up with a twist tie. Serve and enjoy!
