In a large saucepan, heat Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup) over medium heat. Place a few kernels of the Popcorn Kernels (1/2 cup) into the oil. When they begin to sizzle and pop, pour in the rest. Cover and cook until popping slows down. Transfer to large bowl.
In a saucepan, add Butter (125 gram), Caster Sugar (3/4 cup) and Honey (2 tablespoon). Stir together over medium heat until the butter is melted and the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes.
Bring mixture to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes without stirring, until deep golden.
Remove caramel from heat and add Dry Roasted Peanuts (1 cup). Pour over popcorn and toss gently until all of the popcorn is coated.
Transfer popcorn to a tray lined with baking paper to cool.
When ready to serve, break apart and place into bowls. Enjoy!
