Cover a baking tray with non-stick baking paper.
In the Panasonic Microwave Oven, melt the
Dark Chocolate Candy Melts (1 2/3 cups)
in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth. Stir every 2 minutes so the chocolate doesn't burn.
Holding one of the
Fresh Strawberries (20)
by the stem, dip the fruit into the melted chocolate and swish around until sufficiently covered. Gently lay each strawberry on the baking tray. Continue until you have filled the tray with strawberries. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes.
White Candy Melts (3/4 cup)
in the same manner as the dark chocolate. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the chilled strawberries or dip them halfway into the melted chocolate. Let sit and when hardened transfer to serving dish.
Serve and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
