SHOW ALL IMAGES
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Drain and rinse
Chickpeas (4 1/3 cups)
Dry the beans on a paper towel and pat until water has been absorbed.
In a bowl stir beans,
Kosher Salt (1 tsp)
Olive Oil (2 Tbsp)
to coat beans.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread beans evenly onto the pan. Bake for 30 minutes, shaking beans occasionally to ensure they are not stuck to pan.
Take the pan out of the oven and pour cooked beans into a bowl. Stir in
Ground Cinnamon (1/2 Tbsp)
Honey (2 Tbsp)
and place back in the oven. Cook for an additional 10 minutes to allow honey to caramelize onto the beans.
Take beans out of the oven and allow 20 minutes to cool. Enjoy!
