Cooking Instructions

Add Chicken Stock (4 cups), Water (1 cup), Fresh Ginger (1 tsp), Garlic (1 clove), and Red Chili Pepper (1), into a big pot and turn it to medium heat. Next add some Corn Kernels (2 1/4 cups), Rice Noodles (9 oz). Cook it for 1 minute or until it boils. Then add Chicken Breasts (2), Scallions (1 bunch) and mix everything up. Cook for another 2 minutes.

When chicken is cooked, add in Spinach Leaves (3 oz) until it's slightly wilted. Put the noodle in a bowl. Serve and enjoy!
