Put the White Chocolate (200 gram) and the Dark Chocolate (200 gram) pieces into separate bowls. Melt the chocolate in both bowls.
Slightly grease and line a shallow baking tray. Take spoonfuls of chocolate and put them on the tray, alternating between dark and white. Leave a little gap between the drops so that they can spread.
Use a knife to make lines across the tray first length-wise, then width-wise.
Sprinkle the Candy Cane (2) over the top. Place the bark into the freezer for ten or fifteen minutes.
Break up the bark into chunks. You can place them into a small bag and tie it up with some ribbon to turn them ino gift packets.
