Step 1
Put the
White Chocolate (1 cup)
and the
Dark Chocolate (1 cup)
pieces into separate bowls. Melt the chocolate in both bowls.
Step 2
Slightly grease and line a shallow baking tray. Take spoonfuls of chocolate and put them on the tray, alternating between dark and white. Leave a little gap between the drops so that they can spread.
Step 3
Use a knife to make lines across the tray first length-wise, then width-wise.
Step 4
Sprinkle the
Candy Canes (2)
over the top. Place the bark into the freezer for ten or fifteen minutes.
Step 5
Break up the bark into chunks. You can place them into a small bag and tie it up with some ribbon to turn them ino gift packets.
