Step 1
Preheat oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
Make your bases in a twelve hole shallow patty pan. Place
Arnott's® Butternut Snap Cookies™ (12)
on each hole. Put the pan into the preheated oven for a couple of minutes until the cookies soften.
Step 3
Press down the center of each cookie with a small cup to give them a nice cup shape. Once done, set them aside to cool.
Step 4
Put
White Chocolate (1 cup)
into a bowl. Place it into the microwave for about 2 minutes, stopping every thirty seconds to give them a stir. Set it aside for a couple of minutes to cool.
Step 5
Add
Puffed Rice Cereal (1/3 cup)
,
Desiccated Coconut (1/3 cup)
and
Mini Marshmallows (1/3 cup)
, and mix until combined.
Step 6
Divide the mixture between the cookie cups and decorate with
Glace Cherries (to taste)
. Let them chill in the fridge for 20 minutes, then serve.
