In a saucepan, add Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) and White Chocolate (100 gram). Gently stir over a low heat until completely mixed together. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool.
In a large mixing bowl, add room-temperature Cream Cheese (125 gram), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (2 tablespoon), and the cooled chocolate mixture. Beat together with a hand mixer.
In another bowl, add the rest of the Whipping Cream (1/2 cup) and beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Add the whipped cream to the chocolate mixture.
Fold in the Oreo® Chocolate Sandwich Cookies (16). Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and garnish with extra Oreos. Chill for an hour or until set.
