Into a bowl, add and mix the Water (2 tablespoon), and Gelatin Powder (1 teaspoon).
In a sauce pan over low heat, mix together the Whipping Cream (800 milliliter), and Nutella® (500 gram). Then, Add in the gelatin mixture and mix everything well to combine.
Pour the chocolate mixture into serving glasses, and put these into the fridge for about 6 hours to set.
Decorate with the Whipped Cream (to taste), and Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (to taste), and Serve!
