Tear off the leftover Bread (4 slices), and put it into a blender, and blitz until reduced to crumbs. You can use a zip lock bag to freeze them until you are ready to use.

To make the dry bread crumbs, toast your fresh bread crumbs inside until they are dried out!

There you go! Your fresh and dry breadcrumbs!
