Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, toss together the Whole Millet (1/2 cup) , Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (2 cups) , Unsweetened Coconut Flakes (3/4 cup) , Sliced Almonds (1 1/4 cups) and Sea Salt (1 tsp) . Pour in the Maple Syrup (1/2 cup) and Coconut Oil (3 Tbsp) . Stir to coat.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the oat mixture out on it.
Step 4
Place it in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges look slightly dark. Do not stir.
Step 5
Let the mixture cool completely on sheetpan. When ready to store, lift up edges of parchment to loosen the granola; this will create nice big shards - crumble to desired size.
Step 6
Transfer shards to storage container. Pour in remaining granola.
