Cream of Tartar
In a medium bowl, whisk together
Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups)
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)
Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp)
Baking Soda (1/2 tsp)
Cream of Tartar (1/2 tsp)
Sea Salt (1/4 tsp)
. Set aside.
In a smaller bowl, mix together
Almond Milk (3/4 cup)
Soda Water (1/4 cup)
Apple Sauce (3 Tbsp)
Vanilla Extract (1 tsp)
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle maker. Allow to cook according to waffle maker instructions.
Serve with fruit and your choice of syrup. Enjoy!
