1 1/2 cup Bread Flour

1 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

1/4 tsp Sea Salt

3/4 cup Almond Milk

1/4 cup Carbonated Water

3 Tbsp Apple Sauce

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Steps 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together Bread Flour, Granulated Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Cream of Tartar, and Sea Salt. Set aside.

In a smaller bowl, mix together Almond Milk, Carbonated Water, Apple Sauce, and Vanilla Extract.

Steps 3

Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until all dry ingredients are moistened.

Steps 4

Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle maker. Allow to cook according to waffle maker instructions.
