Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups) , Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp) , Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) , Cream of Tartar (1/2 tsp) , and Sea Salt (1/4 tsp) . Set aside.
Step 2
In a smaller bowl, mix together Almond Milk (3/4 cup) , Soda Water (1/4 cup) , Apple Sauce (3 Tbsp) , and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) .
Step 3
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Step 4
Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle maker. Allow to cook according to waffle maker instructions.
Step 5
Serve with fruit and your choice of syrup. Enjoy!
