In a medium bowl, whisk together Bread Flour (1 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp), Baking Powder (2 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed), Cream of Tartar (as needed), and Sea Salt (as needed). Set aside.

In a smaller bowl, mix together Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Soda Water (4 Tbsp), Apple Sauce (3 Tbsp), and Vanilla Extract (1 tsp).

Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until all dry ingredients are moistened.
