Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a medium bowl, whisk together Bread Flour (1 1/2 cup), Granulated Sugar (1 tablespoon), Baking Powder (1 1/2 teaspoon), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Cream of Tartar (1/2 teaspoon), and Sea Salt (1/4 teaspoon). Set aside.
Step 2
In a smaller bowl, mix together Almond Milk (3/4 cup), Carbonated Water (1/4 cup), Apple Sauce (3 tablespoon), and Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon).
Step 3
Whisk the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until all dry ingredients are moistened.
Step 4
Pour desired amount of batter onto waffle maker. Allow to cook according to waffle maker instructions.
Step 5
Serve with fruit and your choice of syrup. Enjoy!
