Make the marinate first. Mix the juice of Lemons (2) with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Garlic (3 cloves), and season with Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Also add Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp). Stir them together.

Put Whole Chicken (1) into a big snap lock bag. Shove in the squeezed out lemons as well. Pour in the marinate. Zip the bag up, pushing out as much of the excess air as you can. Give a massage to the chicken through the bag. Make sure the marinate is everywhere. After you are done, put the bag into the fridge for a couple of hours.
