Make the marinate first. Mix the juice of Lemon (2) with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup), Garlic (3 clove) and season with Salt and Pepper (to taste). Also add Italian Seasoning (2 teaspoon). Stir them together.
Put Whole Chicken (1) into a big snap lock bag. Shove in the squeezed out lemons as well. Pour in the marinate. Zip the bag up, pushing out as much of the excess air as you can. Give a massage to the chicken through the bag. Make sure the marinate is everywhere. After you are done, put the bag into the fridge for a couple of hours.
Take out the chicken and the lemons from the bag, and put it on a baking tray. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F).
