Wash and scrub the Potatoes (3). Pierce them on the sides with a fork so that they will cook nicely. Pop them on a baking tray. Spray them with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) and lightly season them with Salt (to taste). Put them into the oven at 190 degrees C (375 degrees F) for an hour.

Cut the baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Using the spoon, scoop out the insides into a bowl.

Add Margarine (1 tsp) to the bowl, and mix them together. Add Ham (4 Tbsp) and Pineapples (4 Tbsp), and mix them in. Take scoopfuls of the mixture and put them back into the potatoes.
