Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
Cut Potatoes (6 cups) into wedges.
Step 3
Put them on a plate and cook them in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10 minutes.
Step 4
While microwave the potatoes, put Garlic (3 cloves) , Dijon Mustard (3 Tbsp) , Italian Seasoning (1/2 Tbsp) , Olive Oil (3 Tbsp) , and Salt and Pepper (to taste) and mix it together.
Step 5
Transfer the potatoes to a big bowl, add the dressing and mix it together.
Step 6
Evenly space them on a rimmed baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes. When it reaches the half time, take a spatula and flip them so they can get crispy on both sides. Serve and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
