Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Cut Potato (2 pound) into wedges.
Put them on a plate and cook them in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 10 minutes.
While microwave the potatoes, put Garlic (3 clove), Dijon Mustard (3 tablespoon), Italian Seasoning (2 teaspoon), Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), and Salt and Pepper (to taste) and mix it together.
Transfer the potatoes to a big bowl, add the dressing and mix it together.
Evenly space them on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes. When it reaches the half time, take a spatula and flip them so they can get crispy on both sides. Serve and enjoy! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
