Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Cut Potato (2 pound) into wedges.
3.
Put them on a plate and cook them in a microwave oven for 10 minutes.
4.
While microwaving the potatoes, put Garlic (3 clove), Dijon Mustard (3 tablespoon), Italian Seasoning (2 teaspoon), Olive Oil (3 tablespoon), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) and mix it together.
5.
Transfer the potatoes to a big bowl, add the dressing and mix it together.
6.
Evenly space them on a rimmed baking sheet.
7.
Bake the potatoes for 35 to 40 minutes. When it reaches the half time, take a spatula and flip them so they can get crispy on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
