Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 9 by 9-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, add the
Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 cups)
Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup)
. Add the
Butter (1/3 cup)
and mix everything together. Transfer this mixture to the baking pan and press it into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 6 minutes, or until set.
Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, beat
Cream Cheese (2 cups)
Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup)
until smooth. Then add the
Large Eggs (2)
Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp)
. Keep on mixing until everything is well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Swirl
Nutella® (1/3 cup)
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
Let cheesecake cool on the counter for 30 minutes.
Place cheesecake into the fridge for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Cut into bars. Serve and enjoy!
