Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 9x9-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper and set it aside.

In a bowl, add the Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 cups) and Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup). Add the Butter (1/3 cup) and mix everything together.

Transfer this mixture to the baking pan and press it into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 6 minutes, or until set.

Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, beat Philadelphia Original Soft Cheese (2 pckg) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) until smooth. Then add the Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) and Pure Vanilla Extract (1/2 Tbsp). Keep on mixing until everything is well combined.
