Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Line a 9 by 9-inch square pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
In a bowl, add the Graham Cracker Crumbs (1 1/2 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup). Add the Butter (6 tablespoon) and mix everything together. Transfer this mixture to the baking pan and press it into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 6 minutes, or until set.
Using a stand mixer or electric mixer, beat Cream Cheese (16 ounce) and Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) until smooth. Then add the Large Egg (2) and Pure Vanilla Extract (2 teaspoon). Keep on mixing until everything is well combined.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Swirl Nutella® (1/3 cup) over top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until set.
Let cheesecake cool on the counter for 30 minutes.
Place cheesecake into the fridge for 2-3 hours, or until firm.
Cut into bars. Serve and enjoy!
