Cooking Instructions

Step 1
In a blender combine Fresh Blackberries (1 1/2 cups) , Lemon Juice (1/2 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (1/4 cup) , and Water (1 Tbsp) .
Step 2
Purée everything together.
Step 3
Add Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) and Low-Fat Plain Yogurt (1 cup) , and pulse blender a few times to mix all the ingredients together.
Step 4
Transfer the mixture to the ice cream maker bowl, and process it acccording to manufacturer's instructions.
Step 5
When ready, scoop ice cream into serving bowls and top with crushed Almonds (2 Tbsp) , if desired. Serve and enjoy!
