Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, add Canned Pumpkin Purée (2 cups) , Large Eggs (2) , Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup) , Brown Sugar (1/2 cup) , Whole Milk (1/2 cup) , Heavy Cream (1/2 cup) , Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Pumpkin Pie Spice (1/2 Tbsp) . Whisk together until smooth.
Step 3
Pour mixture into the 9-inch Pie Crust (1) .
Step 4
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the edge of the pie comes out clean.
Step 6
Let pie cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
