Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a mixing bowl, add Canned Pumpkin Purée (15 ounce), Large Egg (2), Granulated Sugar (1/3 cup), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Whole Milk (1/2 cup), Heavy Cream (1/2 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Pumpkin Pie Spice (2 teaspoon). Whisk together until smooth.
Pour mixture into the 9-inch Pie Crust (1).
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the edge of the pie comes out clean.
