This One Pot Creamy Garlic Spaghetti is delicious and easy to throw together for weeknight meals!

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Ground Black Pepper
In a skillet, add Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2 Tbsp), Onion (1), and Garlic (4 cloves). Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until onion and garlic are fragrant.
Add Butter (2 Tbsp), Chicken Broth (2 cups), Evaporated Milk (12 fl oz), Milk (1/2 cup), Spaghetti (12 oz), Dried Parsley (1 tsp), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Bring mixture to a boil and then reduce temperature to medium. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add Parmesan Cheese (1/2 cup) and stir in.
Serve and enjoy!
