Cooking Instructions
1.
In a large mixing bowl, add Cream Cheese (1/2 cup) and Taco Seasoning (1 Tbsp) and mix them together until well combined.
2.
Then, add Chicken Breasts (2) and mix together. While mixing, put White Corn Tortillas (15) in a microwave oven for 1 minute.
3.
Take one tortilla and put some filling on. Roll it up nicely and tightly.
4.
Take a pan and heat some corn oil to medium-high heat. Put the tortilla into the oil with the seam side down. Fry for 2 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
5.
Serve it hot with Guacamole (to taste), Salsa (to taste), Sour Cream (to taste) or whatever you like.
