Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).

Place a rack onto a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, toss the Chicken Wings (2 lb) with Baking Powder (1 Tbsp), Paprika (1 tsp), Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (2 tsp) and Salt (to taste) and Ground Black Pepper (to taste). Place wings on the rack in single layer and cook for 50-60 minutes until brown and crispy.
